As an external arm of the business, we make certain that we provide our approved network of contractors with the leading customer service from delivery support to technical advice. We also offer extensive on-site support via our technical team who will visit the site regularly to carry out inspections.
Project specifiers
We provide tailored solutions to meet project requirements, supported with technical assistance from early design stage through to pre-start meetings. We highly recommend involving us at early design stage, especially when sustainable roof components such
as solar PV are being considered. As part of our service commitment, we carry out regular site inspections to ensure the roof installation is being carried out safely and compliantly.
Other supply chain stakeholders
The importance of collaboration from the initial project proposal to installation and project completion is
essential. This ensures the project runs smoothly, from a cost, safety, and time perspective. We provide
customer service support throughout which includes the allocation of a dedicated Sales and Technical Manager for each project.
How we work:
Whether new build or refurbishment, we design the roof/s, install the chosen system via our network of Approved Contractors, monitor the installation throughout, and a warranty is then issued.
Once completed our aftercare team is here to help in the unlikely event that you have problems with your new roof. They will also be the point of contact for roof maintenance.
