AlphaGuard BIO 20

AlphaGuard BIO 20 is a two-part, polyurethane, liquid applied roofing system that can turn your older but still functional roof into a long-lasting, highly efficient weatherproofing system by overlaying.
The system can waterproof over existing flat roof build-ups and structural roof decks.
It can also be used as a full system build up for either roof replacement or new build
construction projects.

- Two component chemical cure technology
- Very low odour
- Easy to maintain and repair
- Flame-free installation
- Very good resistance to chemicals, foot traffic, hail
and mould/mildew/fungus - High thermal resistance
- Excellent cold-weather flexibility, tensile strength and
elongation properties - Cold and warm roof applications available
- Easy application by brush, roller or squeegee. Base and top coat composition is predominantly castor oil.
- Independently certified by the BBA to Broof(t4) classification (BS EN 13501-5). PIR & Mineral wool 25mm to 500mm fire test compliance. Independently certified by the BBA to work harmoniously with a blue roof application.
